In June 2017, under the Ministry of Justice rules that apply here in the UK, Zenith Staybrite were found guilty of fraud and fined £80,000 for “Quoting an initial inflated price before applying a number of discounts to give the impression of a bargain. Falsely stating that products would be available at a particular price for a limited time to persuade customers to make an immediate decision”, the complaint was brought by Trading Standards in Guildford, Surrey.
